  3. The List window is the holding bin for all your addresses.
  4.  
  5. The item currently selected in the List Window is displayed in the Address Object in the Envelope window.
  6.  
  7. You can add new items to the List with the menu command New Entry, Duplicate Entry, and Open.
  8.  
  9. You can clear the List with Clear and Clear List.
  10.  
  11. You can save the List with Save and Save As.
